At Doorways to Self, our mission is to help you relax, recharge and find your way home to yourself. Our intuitive Energy Readings, and restorative Reiki sessions will help you heal on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. If you are struggling with intrusive thoughts, you may want to add IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) to your session to help you heal on a cognitive level. Our goal is to empower you with holistic healing tools so you can shed the things that no longer serve you and live a life filled with peace and joy. We offer Reiki classes and various workshops at our Studio in Carmel, and we also offer free introductory workshops through Reed Memorial Library in Carmel, Carmel Recreation Dept, and Kent Recreation Dept.
