Find Your Flow with The Flow Specialist At The Flow Specialist, I help individuals find balance and harmony through Reiki, a divinely inspired energy system originating in Japan. Through healing circles and classes, I teach practical tools to integrate Reiki into everyday life, creating alignment and peace.

My own path into Reiki began as a caregiver for children and elders. While initially seeking to share Reiki’s energy with them, I quickly realized how essential it was to establish a daily practice for myself. By centering my energy and maintaining balance, I was better able to care for those I love.

Having experienced Reiki's transformative power firsthand, I am passionate about empowering others to tap into their inner flow. I believe we are all worthy of healing and infinite possibilities, with the wisdom to navigate life more purposefully.

I offer Reiki 1 and 2 classes over two days, followed by a 2-hour session after the 21-day clearing cycle for energy integration. The Mastership program spans one year for those seeking advanced training.
