In-Home Personal Training Has Therapeutic Focus: A multidisciplinary approach to help people reach their health and fitness goals.

Eve Fogler

Eve Fogler, who uses a multidisciplinary approach to help people reach their health and fitness goals, offers at-home sessions for those who want to begin therapeutic personal training or build on the progress they’ve made in physical therapy.

“With my Post-PT Training and Progressive Training, I start where my clients are,” Fogler says. “After analyzing their alignment, biomechanics, current fitness, pain level and personal goals, I create a road map to get them where they want to go.”

As a post-physical therapy conditioning specialist, personal trainer and integrative nutrition coach, Fogler has worked with individuals, instructors, physicians and businesses for more than 30 years. She is also a medical exercise specialist; yoga instructor; health coach; and black-belt instructor in Nia, a restorative cardio and therapeutic recovery exercise technique based on the Feldenkrais and Alexander Techniques. She has a private studio, the Yoga Barre, in Goldens Bridge.

“I use a combination of efficient and effective corrective, core stabilization, mobility, balance, functional strength, flexibility and cardiovascular exercises to go beyond the typical sets and reps traditional training,” she says. “Progressive Therapeutic Training is based upon reassessing as you progress, and consistently giving safe and appropriate challenges so you continue to improve as you train.”
