Exciting Fall Offerings at Sacred Spirit Yoga and Healing Arts Center

This fall, Sacred Spirit Yoga and Healing Arts Center, in
Dobbs Ferry, is offering an exciting array of in-person special events that
include: monthly Expressive Dance Night—Dancing Home—with Lucia Rich, monthly
Candlelit Yin Yoga with Kathleen Hinge, a Full Moon Sound Bath with the Hudson
Sound Healers, and a special community gratitude-themed yoga class led by guest
teacher Franklin Shire. All levels are welcome to attend these events.
Fall yoga
classes will continue to be offered both in-person as well as livestreamed via
Zoom. Chris Glover will be teaching Moderate Yoga on Tuesdays from 9:30 to 11
a.m. and Gentle/Moderate Yoga on Fridays from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Kathleen Hinge
will be teaching Intermediate Yoga on Saturdays from 9:15 to 10:30 a.m. and
Beginner Yoga on Saturdays from 10:45 a.m. to noon.
Sacred Spirit is a nonprofit, interfaith
community. Their goal is to create a sacred space for seekers yearning to
deepen their connection to soul, to spirit,
to life and to the moment. Their vision includes classes in yoga and movement, influenced
by the Kripalu tradition; meditation and contemplative practices; live music;
comparative spiritual exploration; holistic health and energy healing;
mythic/archetypal self-development; and arts and creativity.
