Support Connection—a nonprofit that provides free, year-round breast, ovarian and gynecological cancer support services—needs people to help at their volunteer-run upscale resale shop Fantastic Finds, located in the Talbot’s Shopping Center, in Chappaqua. All items sold at the store have been donated, and all proceeds from sales benefit Support Connection.

“If you have free time in your schedule and you have a passion for retail, join our staff of volunteers,” encourages Arianna Goggin, communications and development manager. “Our volunteers take pride in helping customers find the perfect outfit or gift. They also accept donations, stock our racks and shelves and keep our store looking its best. Most importantly, they take the time to educate new customers on Support Connection and the free counseling services and resources that we provide.”

Fantastic Finds, which celebrated seven years in business in March, boasts a wide inventory of new and gently used items in pristine condition. Shoppers will find great prices for high-quality merchandise such as men’s and women’s clothing; jewelry; accessories such as scarves and handbags; household items like small or accent furniture, housewares, small appliances (new), everyday dishware and glassware and home décor; and musical instruments. They are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Donations are gratefully accepted by appointment only.
