Reiki Master Teacher Valerie York, owner of Doorways to Self, in Carmel, is hosting several heart-centered healing programs this month. Events include Calling in the One from 1 to 4 p.m. on February 2, 2025; Healing the Heart & Sacral Chakras and Shedding Blocks to Love from 6 to 8 p.m. on February 12, 2025; and Transforming Your Relationship to Love from 3 to 5 p.m. on February 15, 2025.

York describes her healing studio as “a place where you can shed and clear what no longer serves you on a physical, energetic and cognitive level.” She further notes, “No trauma is too big or too small.
